Project background:

Zilveren Kruis Achmea the biggest health insurance company in the Netherlands commissioned Uselab to work out a rough concept to design it and build the co-creation website named "De Bovenkamer". They handed over a rough idea and asked us to take it further.

Story:

Join the conversation about health care. We all have an opinion about our health insurance. At home, in the waiting room of our doctor practice, at parties, etc. Zilveren Kruis Achmea does this for years. Now they are working with their users to think about a better way to create a better health insurance package by letting their clients participate. In what they call creatively "De bovenkamer" roughly translated: The upper room. Visitors can fill out interactive questions about different topics to form and share an opinion. They can later discuss it with other users. Zilveren Kruis publish their findings and conclusions to their users where they can continue their discussion together.
